Classical Bubble
Yes yes yes!!! Finally!! I got the score for Elgar's Salut D'amour!! XD Hear my scream of pure unadulterated joy from miles away. Okay I was just kidding. But my goodness! At long last! Haha!
I am grinning, I am grinning and I am happily grinning away. And my lovely junior, WiWi, found the song for me too! Nevermind that it's cello with piano. Thank you WiWi!! For both the songs and the scores!! :D
And yours truly has officially taken up violin lessons again. And guess what? Of all songs, my teacher had to choose Beethoven's Violin Sonata in D Major. And of course, since yours truly can barely sight-read to save her life, I totally fumbled, inevitably stumbled and absolutely crumbled the first time I tried to play it. Imagine an Allegro piece being played at Grave. I know, my teacher was disturbing me about it when I ran out of bow.
But I have got to practice like nuts to do well for my exam next year. *stress stress stress...* To learn 5 grades worth of theory in 5 months? >.< All right, finally got a recording of Beethoven's Violin Sonata in D Major from WiWi. Shall familiarize myself with it!
To all fans of classical music, try watching Nodame Cantabile. I floated around in my little classical bubble for the next few weeks after that :D
